No. Parents open your personal booking link in their browser, pick a time from your live availability, and enter their details — that's it. No account to create, nothing to install.
Yes. When creating a lesson you can paste in your own Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams link. It appears as a join button on the lesson page and is included automatically in reminder emails sent to parents and students.
Yes, on the Plus and Pro plans. Syllavo generates an iCal feed that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and any other calendar app that supports iCal.
Invoicing is available on the Pro plan. You can create and send professional invoices in seconds, add a Stripe payment link so parents can pay by card, and see all outstanding and paid invoices in one place.
No — Syllavo takes 0% commission. You pay a flat monthly subscription (or nothing, on the Free plan), and that's it. If you take card payments through Stripe payment links on the Pro plan, Stripe's standard processing fees apply, and the money goes directly to your bank account.
Nothing scary. We email you the day before, and if you do nothing your account simply moves to the Free plan — all your data is kept, and your booking page, scheduling and lesson notes keep working with up to 3 active students. There's no card on file, so you can't be charged by surprise.
Yes. Syllavo uses Supabase for data storage with row-level security, meaning tutors can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS/TLS.
